Ahead of his first full-length with Girlfriend Records, is Akyut's first single from his upcoming album [Halcyon], "Abadonn's Maw". This track effortlessly switches between synthwave and hard-hitting electro. A beautiful melody offset by a churning bassline.
Oh, but we didn't stop there. SODIAC focuses on the 80s vibe and puts out an emotive, arp heavy track that would give Tangerine Dream a run for their money. Watch out for that surprise at 2:19....
Mythical Vigilante rounds out the release with a slow meditative take on the pure bassline, stripping the track down before building it back up and hitting the listener in the face.

We, the fans, often moan about artists becoming stagnant or that they changed their style beyond recognition. Tommy has hit that perfect spot - his production has matured in incredible ways, yet you can still feel that inimitable *2012* sound oozing from each note. Honestly, this is such a gorgeous album. Each track gets straight to the point with the idea it tries to represent and never overstays its welcome, yet there is so much experimentation on display, you'll just get lost in it!
