kmxexii This is the original release of High Fidelity, found on the Girlfriend Records Label which has since been relegated to its founder's (Sferro's) releases. HF is also available on the artist's own Bandcamp page. This EP is full of Tommy's lush arrangments and carefully layered chords. There's a mix of outrun ("Test Drive", "High Fidelity") and soundtrackish tunes. "Higher and Further" feels like a fleshed-out Outer Space Adventurer track with a powerful sound, including some sweet guitar work. Favorite track: Higher & Further (feat. Perturbator).

Tommy has been turning heads and melting hearts with his dense cosmic melodies and he makes his grand debut on Girlfriend Records with "High Fidelity EP."

The opening track entitled "Tommy's Theme" sets the longing for an escape into a distant world. Not a moment too soon, the high speed pursuit of "Test Drive" slams into gear.

The tides change when Tommy and collaborator Perturbator cast off into a lofty, accentuating dream on Higher and Further, thus setting up the heart pounding pulse of title track "High Fidelity." Weaving through a heatwave with the top down along the mysterious coastline is, "The City That Never Sleeps," a beautiful cliffhanger before having to wake to reality.
